Americana Drum Loops is a Youtube page featuring drum tracks of a variety of different Americana styles… train beats, fast rock beats, slow shuffles etc..

They are designed with the singer-songwriter in mind to help have a strong rhythmic foundation to either write songs or practice with. They are made with a variety of different styles and tempos so that they could be used to jam along in any way the song-writer or musician feels

Practicing with a metronome is helpful for sure but we felt there was a need to have a “live feeling” loop option, that does not have any fills or pre-determined “forms” built in it like so many of the other ones on youtube.

We designed the image to be something that is static in the background that doesn't distract from the songwriting or practicing going on. Just a nice hill country view. They are presented for free and I hope you have fun using them!

All of our loops are currently with straight 8th notes but we’re working on the swingy ones now for a more western swing group.
